The South Texas Brass Symposium was created in an effort to promote the performance, education and awareness of brass music in the South Texas region. Bringing world-class musicians and the area’s best professionals together at Del Mar College for masterclasses and performances will create unique learning opportunities for students, musicians and the general public. Please join us as we celebrate a rich and exciting repertoire of music for brass instruments.
Triple Cortado’s Concert for the Corpus Christi Chamber Music Society will kick off the symposium on Friday, October 6 at 7:30 p.m. in Wolfe Recital Hall, Fine Arts Music Building, Heritage Campus, Del Mar College. Free for Del Mar College students, faculty, and staff. Students age 25 and under, $5. General admission, $30. Tickets available to purchase online or at the door.
We are pleased to offer all events on Saturday, October 7, 2023 free of charge to the community, and we welcome attendees from far and wide to join us as we celebrate brass instruments in South Texas! We ask all attendees to fill out the free registration form online:
