To participate in online courses, students must provide their own computer and modem. Students should have the skills necessary to connect to their ISP, operate an email program, and navigate the Web. Additional skills necessary include keyboarding and managing files (saving, uploading, downloading, and installing). You are responsible for configuring and maintaining your own equipment.
You must secure your own account with an Internet Service Provider (ISP). These charges are not included in the course tuition or fees. Del Mar cannot guarantee that the software of all ISPs will be compatible with Del Mar's online course offerings. It is your responsibility to make sure you have stable high speed internet access and access to a computer.
All online students will need to follow the course information under the course name in the course sections for more information.
Log in to Canvas and check the syllabus to see if the instructor requires you to attend an additional orientation or lab.
See the main course listing for online courses offered this semester. Some classes may have mandatory laboratories. Courses with INET in the room designation in the class listing are online courses.
