The Office of Institutional Effectiveness and Academics leads Del Mar College’s continuous improvement activities and collaborates with all areas of the College in pursuit of its vision and mission.

Services Offered

IEA includes the following administrative functions: student learning and instructional program assessment, administrative and academic student support assessment, curriculum management, and institutional and programmatic accreditation. IEA also leads and supports the College’s implementation of guided pathways and the Quality Enhancement Plan (QEP):  Goals + Planning = Success.
