Requirements

  • Before any hardware or software is purchased, it must be reviewed and approved by the Del Mar College IT Department.

Data Security

  • To comply with State of Texas Model Security Plan for Prohibited Technologies mandate, it is essential that all employees refrain from using or acquiring any computing hardware, software, cloud services, or web services, listed on the state’s Prohibited Technologies List, or prohibited by any other state or federal laws and directives.

  2. Request a security assessment.
  3. If security assessment is approved, request a new quote for unbudgeted technology.
