Del Mar College IT provides comprehensive A/V support for events at Del Mar College. The A/V Team ensures that all technical aspects of an event are handled professionally, allowing organizers to focus on the content and delivery of their event.

Features

  • Assistance with setting up audio-visual equipment, including microphones, projectors, and sound systems.
  • IT staff available on-site during the event to troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise.
  • Options for recording the event for later viewing or archiving.
  • Provision of necessary equipment such as laptops, projectors, and cameras for the duration of the event.

Requirements

  • Users must submit an event support request at least two weeks in advance to ensure availability of resources and staff.

Data Security

  • All recorded content is managed in compliance with institutional data security policies.
